MOVIE RENTALS  
Waiting days for DVDs to show up in the mail, only to not be in the mood for them when they get there? Instant streaming that freezes or drops out or just generally looks like garbage? Sick of renting from a box in a grocery store? Unable to get your mind around giving Comcast even more money for decent movies when you're already spending an arm and a leg for 300 channels of nothing to watch?

If you couldn't already tell, we're movie geeks here at The BOC. I grew up in the age of the video store, and I just can't accept the fact that they're all going to disappear. For me, anything "instant" is disposable, and memories are not disposable. And neither are movies. But that's just me. You might feel different.

But if you like the feel of a DVD case in your hand so you can check out the artwork and synopsis on the back you'll be happy to know that experience is not gone, and certainly not forgotten. Currently, we are the only video store on the entire Cape. Come down and check us out; remember what it was like to talk movies with the geek behind the counter? Maybe discover some hidden gem you didn't even know existed.

FREE MOVIE NIGHTS
So, if we're renting movies, do we still show movies? Yes, we do--but now that we're a fully functioning video store, we tend not to schedule our movies. We just put on what we're in the mood for, or whatever you're in the mood for. If you've dropped in for dinner, grab something off the shelf and we'll throw it in for you. How's that for dinner and a movie? (Due to the high demand of brand new titles, we can't show those, and we also try to avoid anything past a PG-13 rating)
