FAQ
a few things you might want to know up front...
WHAT'S A CIABATTA?
We get asked this one a lot. CIABATTA is a rustic
Italian bread. It crunches on the outside, and is light
and airy inside. Toasting in the oven brings out an
almost pizza crust flavor and texture. It makes great
sandwiches extra great. We use it on almost everything.
YOU SAY WRAPS AND BURRITOS, BUT I DON'T SEE MANY ON THE MENU.
WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?
Every sandwich on our menu can be configured to WRAP specifications.
If you want it as a WRAP, just let us know when you order.
Enjoy your WRAP on: PLAIN, WHOLE WHEAT or SPINACH.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A WRAP AND A BURRITO?
They're basically the same. Wrap are usually more like a sandwich with cold
meats and produce wrapped in a tortilla, while a burrito typically employs more
hot, melty ingredients.
WHAT ARE MY BREAD CHOICES?
WHITE, WHOLE WHEAT, MARBLE RYE, CIABATTA, SOFT SUB ROLL,
BAGEL or WRAP
HOW HOT IS THE PINEAPPLE-HABENERO CHUTNEY?
Our chutney is the perfect mix of sweet and spice. You'll feel a kick,
but nothing that will have you groping blindly for your beverage.
PROs will find it mild and unique -- just enough to let itself be
known. LIGHTWEIGHTS will survive, and consider themselves adventurous.
IS YOUR PIZZA REALLY THE BEST ON CAPE COD?
I know, we say that a lot. So do our customers. But then our competition says the same thing. Who do you believe?
Trust your tastebuds. Pizza is a subjective thing, one man's pizza is another man's poison...or something like that. You may like Chicago deep dish, you may like a wood fired flatbread, you may like greek style. Ours is a hand-thrown, thin crust, NY pizzeria style with a selection of tried and true as well as off-the-wall toppings. (Technically, this is known as California style, if we're splitting hairs). This is a very specific type of pizza, and if it's your jam, we think its the best around. Like everything else we do, our attention is on quality, flavor and your satisfaction--not the bottom line--and you'll taste that in every bite!
