What started as a simple request from one of our regulars--whose son had just been diagnosed with Celiac's--has become an integral part of our business. No one does gluten-free better than us, and no one gets more practice.

Because it is such a huge part of our business, we try to maintain a completely gluten-free inventory. We want you to be able to order from our entire menu. The following is a list of permanent items on our menu that are NOT gluten-free:

And we're always happy to help guide you through our menu if you have any questions or concerns. Please inform your server that you are gluten-free when placing your order.

We use a panini-style GF flatbread for our sandwiches, and a wonderful GF dough for our pizzas. GF pizzas are available as SMALL only.

Because additional steps are required to ensure GF items are prepared properly and safely, wait times may be slightly longer than normal. Your patience will be rewarded!
