To accomplish this we had to ignore every common business practice out there. Which is fine, since most of these practices were invented by a guy in a cubicle drinking horrible break-room coffee and staring at an Excel spreadsheet.

The cost-cutting, the strategic menu, the push-button cappuccino? We’re not interested.
